This lot was built in Bridgeport at 73 Embarcadero; the lot size is 40x50 and I may or may not have used items from Base Game, WA, Generations, Ambitions, Pets, Late Night, Seasons, Showtime, University and Roaring Heights, as well as numerous wonderful downloads from the TSR Artists. My game is fully patched
You will find space set aside for a laundry room on the Mid-Level next to the game room, but as I don't like that particular bit of gameplay, I have not put them in. . .but you can for sure.
